After 2.5 weeks, we finally got an appointment for Benjamin's 2 month well-baby check-up. My 11 week old son weighs in at 14.5 lbs and measures a whooping 25.5 inches. In exactly two months he has gained 2 lbs and grown 4 inches. He is as big now as Hannah was at four months. The "newborn" stage left early. :) Following his sister's footsteps he started gumming his hand and will probably cut teeth in the next few weeks. It has made him quite the happy camper lately. Thankfully, all of his wakefulness during the day has caused him to sleep 8 hour stretches for the past two nights, from 9pm feeding to a 5am feeding. Hopefully, we'll be able to keep that up! It felt good to get two nights of seven hours of sleep, especially since I wasn't able to have naps those days.
Wendy--it's ORI time next week!! I'm thrilled :-(
